Fan-assisted electric/gas oven for suckling pig-type dishes with 1 cooking chamber.

External OVEN features
Structure made using sheet metal and painted edges.
Front panel in stainless steel.
Stainless steel tapered swing door with side hinge and double layer of tempered glass.

COOKING CHAMBER internal features
Stainless steel chamber with water drainage outlet (used when the chamber is cleaned). Disconnectable electric fans provide air movement within the chamber. Smoke exhaust for the whole room with shuttered opening. Internal lighting provided by heat-resistant 12-Volt halogen lamps. Rock wool heat insulation.

Operation and control
Heating provided by iron-plated elements positioned outside the chamber, in the Top panel, the Bedplate and the Side panels. Digital electronic temperature control with independent Top panel power adjustment. Maximum operating temperature 300°C. Manual opening and closing of the smoke exhaust valve.
